I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a burr that will grind both thick and thin nails without having to switch back and forth between burrs. I am looking for an all in one burr. Any suggestions?

I like the Miltex carbide burrs, specifically DMX72. As far as where to find it, I get mine from Quality Footcare Products in London, Ontario.

Tungsten Carbide, shaped like the Gerkin in London Docklands, shaves the nail rather than grinds, good fat edge for heavy duty and a tip that narrows and is useful in many sulci but one will still need finer tips for the delicate work. Still it is a good utility burr

I prefer a ruby burr, they are coarser than the diamond and come in every shape you wish
