Calcanectomia

    Recabar infomación y experiencias sobre soluciones quirúrgicas y ortopédicas tras una calcanectomia total por osteosarcoma en calcaneo qedando astrágalo sin cubierta muscular

    saludos mi unica experiencia es con un caso de una osteomielitis en una paciente anciana, y evoluciono bien, es cierto que ya previamente la marcha estaba muy limitada, le puse un rancho de los amigos con un soporte almohadillado en el talon que supliera el defecto y lo tolero bien, revisando casos similares sobre todo por osteomielitis, en diabeticos, tras fracturas de calcaneo, se ha demostrado ser una solucion eficaz y que evita el riesgo de amputación que es lo que se pretende.
