    Foot care services should be made freely available to all older people in Wales, says a charity.

    Patients will be able to refer themselves directly for NHS services such as physiotherapy and podiatry without first going to a family doctor.....It said the move is part of the government's aim to increase patient choice and provide easier access to services.
