Can a CT scan miss a nonunion after fusion

    Hello,

    I have had several fusions from a missed lisfranc injury and what they are calling a collapsed arch. I have been having pain still when walking I'm 12 months post op. My surgeon ordered a CT scan to make sure it's not a nonunion causing the pain. The results state that the 4th and 5th TMT joints show bone growth. However my surgeon feels it's likely still a nonunion, but she called it a fibrous union and said I would need a revision.
