Can't walk barefoot anymore

    this year I suddenly couldn't walk barefoot without unbearable pain in my knees and hips. It spread to the muscles like my calves and shins.
    I went to a physical therapist and he said I overpronate and more on my right side. The only weakness I have is my hips. My ankles and everything else is strong. I have only been going 2 weeks

    Has anyone else not been able to walk without shoes? I'm talking all the time or my calves get tight
