    Tinea Pedis seems most likely but is it only on the foot?

    Tho, pompholyx is usually presented as a bilateral and symmetrical vesicular eruption.

    Belinda is 100% correct - I see these regularly, nearly all have onycomycosis as well. All respond to oral terbinafine. Interesting how many are uni lateral like this.
