I have questions surrounding a second year student working for a sole trading private podiatrist.
What are the guidlines for work responsibilities for a 2nd year student?
Do they need to be shadowed at all times?
I work as an associate and am being asked to have this student work independently from me without direct supervision when attending a care home is this allowed?
Any guidance on this subject would be appreciated l do not want myself or the student being put in a compromising position.
