    That is indeed a big problem because even the doctors are unable to help you. What adds to the problem is that you have gained weight. Not sure but you could try gentle massages, make sure they are not too hard on you. Try to massage with your own hands, that would help you to judge the amount of pressure that you need to apply. If it is relaxing then gradually increase the pressure to bearable limits. Consult with your doctor regarding the usage of a leg massager maybe. In most cases, a massage turns out quite fruitful but please make sure that you don't put too much pressure, it could aggravate your problem.
