I saw a diabetic PT today who I think had contact dermatitis, I see a lot of diabetic pts with HK lesions and this did look quite different. There was some fissuring over the 1st met heads, he has been wearing cheap shoes with no socks recently and the glues can seen around insole of the shoes. I was considering contacting his GP for eumevate cream.

Any of you guys seen cases of contact dermatitis in older diabetic pts any thoughts on this?

    Hey Richie,

Any photos? Clinical images may help us to throw some ideas around.
