Continued pronation and flatfoot after reconstruction surgery

    Hello,

    I am currently 11 weeks op and have been full weight bearing for 1 week from the following Procedures:

    FDL tendon transfer
    Removal of accessory navicular bone
    Gastrocnemius Recession
    Calcaneal Osteotomy
    3rd TMT joint fusion
    Hardware removal from 1st TMT joint fusion.
    Spring ligament repair

    I have always had an arch when sitting, but upon standing since fusion surgery I have had a pronated and very flat foot that was causing outside ankle pain. It was my understanding that this...
