CPD points

Discussion in 'Teaching and Learning' started by Simon Spooner, Dec 3, 2007.

  1. How do the CPD points acquired on podiatry arena sit with the new national registration here in Australia? Are they going to recognise it? How will the points be converted to hours? I had a quick little look and have seen a different range of figures from 4points= hour, to 10 points = 1 hr.

There is no formula for conversion. The CPD points here are just proof of your level activity. You claims the hours you want, and use the points to back it up.

I hope I haven't missed an answer to this further back.

Whoa.. LOSE double points? How would you be able to tell if a new member , has a genuine question - however to the majority of the members it seems like a "stupid question"? Fairly subjective.. right?

I guess if we were to claim the hours, should make it REALLY conservative...
    10 points = 1 hour Im guessing ..
