i am very touched by the above posting. this is one reason i have undertaken studies in podiatry. i am a 2nd year podiatry student. i would like to do my dissertation on " A Review of the Effects of Diabetes on the Lower Limb in the Developing World". I intend to work in Africa on completion of my studies. Can anyone asist with information on my topic area or how best i can tackle it. I will focus on type 2 diabetes, looking at what podiatry services can be provided to arrest the this epidemic.I can provide more information on how i intend tackling this if anyone can offer advice and interest. Kind regards. Tererai
