    The British Medical Association have announced their 2009 Book of the Year. In the Endocrinology section, the winner was:

    The Diabetic Foot: Essentials of Managing Infectious Complications
    Benjamin A Lipsky

    and highly commended was:

    Practical Manual of Diabetic Foot Care.
    2nd edition
    Michael E Edmonds, Alethea VM Foster, and Lee Sanders
