Different drops in running shoes

    Hi guys,

    I would like to know if you have information about how differents drops exists actually in running shoes affects running biomechanics and all the changes that produces in different musculature involved.

    I dont want to entry in barefoot running is better or not I only want information and your opinion abouts the changes that produces differents drops between heel to toe distance in running shoes specifically.
