Dressing for granuloma awaiting surgery

    Hi I have an ingrown toenail as a result of a battery (not a reg AA one lol) falling on my toe, nail came off , nurse said yea fine it'll grown back(she didn't check the nail bed or X-ray or nothing) so nail grows and is fine for few months then it hit bump on nailbed and started to appear as if it was end of toe and so became ingrown,(weeks and weeks to get appointment ) then new nurse says it's ingrown and it has a granuloma on the side covering some of the nail, I know gross.
