Hi does anyone know if its possible for Erythea Nodosum to occur due to the rubbing of the trim line from a trans-tibial socket in an amputee.

There are no signs of fever, joint pain, infection, or fatigue.

I have heard Erythema Nodosum can be caused by trauma but that it is very rare

You can get a variety of problems at trim lines, so it's possible.

Have you tried asking in this board - www.oandp.com?
