... and I thought Australia had more than its fair share of 'dumb'; feeling for the English (never written that before); on the bright side for Australia (and NZ) is that we should get a influx of English intelligentsia, I can think of several podiatrists, and a few physiotherapists ......

    It's actually the UK Mark.

Maybe if we approach the Anzacs, SA, West Indes, India and all the other Commonwealth countries on humble bended knee and apologise for dumping them in the past, they will generously consent to trade with us without barriers again.

(You still can't play cricket though). You see, that's the difference between 'them' and us.

    Have a tinny to celebrate.

    Cheers

And the best man by far amongst the bunch of them was Maggie Thatcher. (And I'm no politician!)

nor rugby; I backed the 'Whites' all three internationals, couldn't believe they had Aust as favourites each time (my username on the rugby forum used to be 'notapatrioticboneinme'); did you see the 'Blacks' game, a class above

would a double strength long black decaf, no sugar thanks, do?

I applaud the people of the UK for taking the brave and overdue decision to abandon the dying horse that is the EU. You cannot continue to agree to be under the dictatorial misgovernment imposed by 4 non-elected, fat cat EU Presidents.

I fully endorse Boris. Trump has what it takes to make good the Democratic mess that has made the US the laughing stock of the world. Why? Because he has his finger on the pulse and he is the voice of the Zeitgeist. The people in the UK have spoken. In November the people of the US will have their say.

Sorry Dieter, couldn't disagree more as to where Trump has his finger.

The following video is interesting (however, it didn't need the level of sarcasm in places to get the message across)...

Not only the EU but our England soccer players have voted to leave Euro 2016 via Iceland (Mark)!
