A strange looking thing has appeared on my heel. When I first noticed it I thought it was a blister that would eventually burst and fade away. But now I realise that it seems to be solid and full of something white and spongy, although in the mornings it is more red/pink. It is not painful, it doesn’t leak and doesn’t appear to have changed in weeks. Has anyone got any ideas what it might be?...
