    Hi Everyone,

I heard about this forum and thought that I should check it out and I really enjoyed to discussions on both treatment, materials, and the science behind bio-mechanics. So I decided to join and provide some of my own input.

My name is Michael Versteeg, I recently just started my own business called Ottawa Foot Orthotics. It is a mobile business that provide services and products related to custom-made feet orthoses. I attended the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, CA. I have a honors specialization degree in Kinesiology, a double minor in Genetics and Cellular Biology/Anatomy (Which should be a double major however UWO does not allow cross course transfer so I had to drop the double major to a double minor). I also hold a diploma in Pedorthics (with honors).

I am a Certified Pedorthist of Canada and a Certified Kinesiologist (will shortly be regulated in Canada!!!). I love the feet and what I can do to help alleviate and provide comfort, structure, and correct bio-mechanics for may who suffer from a variety of gait, structural, or condition related issues. My hope is to learn and perhaps provide information others may not know.
