Some may remember my rant on the evolution of the term "overpronation". Which was superceeded by "excessive pronation", which was superceeded by "hyperpronation"

And now, from the ever informative and always entertaining Rothbarts newsletter

You heard it here first folks. Hyperpronation is out, foot twist is in.

I had my money on Uberpronation or macropronation. Shows what I know!

I thought we were using abductory twist. Pronation into propulsion. Rothbarts insoles would likely increase this due to jamming of the first mtpj.

    I love a new twist!!

  3. You're out of date Graham! I checked their wedsite recently and they are at pains to say:-
    So thats that. ;)
