    Hi all,

I thought I'd introduce myself and having read some of the posts relating to FHPs hope I will be welcome here.

I am a FHP who qualified from the SMAE Institute last September. I had an excellent experience at the SMAE and already have a successful practice which is growing daily.

I am highly professional in my approach, know what I am able to do as a FHP and work within these boundaries, happily referring on to local podiatrist colleagues whenever needed. I shadowed two such colleagues during my training and use them for CPD now. They are extremely supportive of me, the training and positive about my clinical skills.

This appears an excellent forum for information exchange and I am glad to have joined as a member. :D
