Greetings from Jacksonville Florida and Happy New Year! Anyone care to comment about ROM difficulties S/P Biopro Hemi-implant despite meticulous post-op care?

    Hi Keys:
    Care to sign your post?
SO, despite meticulous post op care you obtained less than optimal ROM.
    OK.
Sounds like you feel that meticulous post op care guarantees good ROM.
    Sorry.
It pretty much starts with the selection of the proper procedure and goes from there.
In fact, I've had patients who haven't listened to a word I've said postoperatively and turned out wonderfully.
    Makes you wonder.

    Care to rephrase your question?

Patient info, pre op Dx, x rays?

    Steve
