C.Ped in a Podiatry world

Stumbled in while was doing a search on Blake inverted orthosis that I am making for a client. While here I've been reading through various threads, there is a lot of great information.

I've been a C.Ped since '97 and worked in a busy Podiatry clinic for 10yrs prior to that as an Orthopedic technologist, some of the tasks I've performed were appliying walking casts, total contact casts and bracing. Also took impressions for foot orthotics and "Richie" type AFOs as well shoe/orthotic/afo adjustments. These last three tasks is what got me interested in Pedorthics.

I am one of the few C.Peds that make my own functional orthosis as I have the ultimate control of the end product and greater client out comes.
