I am new to this site, discovered it by chance, to my utter pleasure. I was searching for ankle brachial pressure index, pre and post exercise, and I was greeted with lots of relevant pages!! Thanks to all your endeavors. Hope that I will also be useful henceforth. I am a doctor based in Calcutta, India. My webpage is at: http://www.physiology-physics.blogspot.com/
    Catch you later.

:welcome: Amiya good that you find us helpful.
What sort of doctoring do you do?
Would enjoy knowing more about yourself, I know you have put on a web address but at times a little easier to here it in person:D

    Cheers

    Hello Ray,
Nice to hear from you. I'll answer your question first.
In India, after someone passes his MBBS, he is entitled to practice any field of medicine of his choice. From gynaecology to surgery to pediatrics. After one completes his PG in a certain field he becomes a specialist. I am, by this definition, a generalist. After finishing PG in physiolgy, you may call me a physiologist. Till then I am uncommitted; a stem cell!
Please tell me about yours. Take care.
    Bye for now

I followed your blog link. Exciting thinking :D

I can forsee you fitting in very well with some of the boffins in Biomechanics, Sports and Foot orthoses.

Many interesting debates to follow hopefully.

You will find me quietly on the side lines reading along. ;)
