    Hi pre-podiatry.
It is perhpas worthwhile to be a little more formal with your requests, if you want your peers to take time out of there busy scedules to reply.
You have asked some fairly broad questions here.
Perhpas it would be better to go the New Zealand forum and request this information there.
You are right. It is not the families decision, you are the one who has to do the study and the work. If you tie yourself to something you do not enjoy then it is difficult to have an enjoyable life.
Good luck with your chosen career and studies.

Hi & :welcome: to Podiatry Arena.

You may have more replies if you repost your questions in the New Zealand forum on Podiatry Arena http://www.podiatry-arena.com/podiatry-forum/forumdisplay.php?f=73

Adding your identity may also benefit you as many members prefer to respond to an individual by name.

    All the best,

    Mandy.
