Hi im edward, i needs some information, the information i need , if a corn is located directly under the first metatarso phalangeal joint, what would the effects of their condition be on various parts of the gait cycle. please

  2. Hi Edward, :welcome: to Podiatry Area.

Sounds likea school Project ? While not giving you any real info, If the corn ( HD) is painful, the person would try and reduce the GRF under the 1st MTP joint, the foot would tend to be more supinated or inverted.

    Goodluck
