Are there any online training for podiatric orthotic labs? I am fairly new in the profession of podiatry and manufacture orthoses also. Or are there some books o be recommended. Our training in South Africa with regards to orthoses is very basic.

Our Podiatry Dept has a focus on orthotic manufacturing teaching with possiblities of organising modules on clinical reasoning and orthotic manufacturing.
A couple of references can be found here got to Staff exchange and you'll find more info there.
Currently we're organising 5 week modules for the podiatry dept. at Karolinska university, Sweden.
Have a look, if we can be of any assistance, let me know!

    Regards
    K.
