I have only recently commenced claiming online and find the new procedure great [ when working ]. However I am experiencing great difficulty in logging on fully to the site during the day so I end up attending to in the evening. I am presuming it is due to too many logging on however was this not allowed for before releasing the program.

I would like to know how other colleagues are finding the webclaim and if you are having similar problems. Thanks for the opportunity to lodge my first post. Everwalking
