I recently had a lady in to see me who has been having leg cramps and anterior shin pain on and off for quite some time. She saw her physician yesterday who suggested lowering her hormone replacement drug, Premorine (sp?), and that may ease some of the discomfort. I've never thought about it, but is it possible that menopausal women taking extra hormone medication could present with inconsistant leg pain? Or should I continue to adjust the orthoses looking for the underlying problem with her mechanics?

Would love to hear what anyone has to say about the matter! Thanks!
