    Hi everyone,

I'm currently waiting for my HPCP registration. my applications was received by HPCP 12 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a response.... I have tried emailing the HPCP and nothing.

ring them every couple of days because i found they may have your application in the pile but not yet contacted you to recieve the payment for registeration. if they do they can take your payment over the phone and they send you a confirmatione mail that proves your registered till all the paper work arrives.
also persevere with ringing to get information on timeframes, one person will read the letter they sent you word for word. another willa ctualyl go out fo their way to find out where in the process your application is and the approximate time frame.
mine took 3 months fromt he date it was first recieved, though everyone else i know was roughly 5 months.
also dont email them as they wrent the greatest at replying promptly, try to ring and talk to someone. the number is on their website. check its the right one as they chnaged the number also.
    good luck!
