I have a problem underneath my foot and don't know what it is or how to resolve it

    Hello,

    I have had some kind of dry, itchy spot underneath my foot. Is anyone able to tell what it is or how to treat it by the picture below? I've tried numerous creams/lotions over the years to no avail(antifungal, coconut oil, soaps, etc.) It seems to get really irritated, itchy under moist conditions. It started off as a smaller spot in the center of my foot a few years ago but has spread outward due to the constant itching.
