    Hi All

I had a patient brought to me yesterday who is the father in law of a GP friend of mine.

Pretty straightforward routine care was all that was required but apparently not available where he lives in Cairo ??

Do we have any pod in Cairo that could take him on please ??

Send me a pm if you can help
    Thanks
    Derek;)

    Del,

I saw an Egyptian girl last year for a musculoskeletal complaint (she was over here as her father worked for the embassy in London) and she intimated to me that Podiatry as a profession was non-existant in Egypt. I was quite surprised and wondered if this was factually correct. Her English was quite poor, but to be fair better than my Arabic by a long stretch

    Hi Mate

Yes My friend the GP said the old chap didn't know where to go to get his feet done.
I just threw this up in the hopes someone could help.

Same problem with the language thing, the GP translated most of what the old chap was telling me but he didn't know if there was anyone practicing in his home town so I think you are probably right.

Unless anyone out there knows different :D

    Thanks for your input
    Cya on the 18th
    Cheers
    D;)

hi , there is no profession named podiatrist in Egypt. Most likely they will not accept the British version , ut may be the American one because its considered a kind of medical school.
