Achilles.And Growing.

    Hi everyone I'm a landscapers by trade and have tons of foot problems .My latest is in May 2018 I hurt my Achilles' tendon .and never rested it worked on it in pain all summer and even now .Well every time it started to heal the pain would move from one area to another.now on top of it it has moved up to my calf and up to my and behind my knee .and calf muscle.I also have heel pain sometimes .Anyway anyone with the same problem .? I'd like to here from you .I did buy a Achilles brace from Bauerfiend and it works well .Just want to say never ever work on a torn or injured Achilles' tendon .Let it rest and heal .Or it will grow into major problems.Im going to apt and the gym which helps
