    About Foot Foundation

Foot Foundation was built on the belief that podiatry should be comprehensive, evidence-based, and genuinely invested in patient outcomes — not rushed appointments or one-size-fits-all treatment.

What began as a small specialist clinic has grown into a multi-location foot and ankle practice known for clinical depth, strong referral networks, and a reputation built largely through word-of-mouth. Our services span nail pathology, ingrown toenail management, heel pain, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and general podiatry — with a strong emphasis on structured treatment planning and continual improvement.

We are a team that meets regularly, challenges thinking, shares knowledge, and invests heavily in both professional development and clinical equipment. Our goal is simple: deliver care we are proud of and create an environment where clinicians can grow rather than plateau.

    The Role

We are looking for a New Graduate or Experienced Podiatrist who wants to work in a clinic where:
    • Appointments are structured and thorough
    • Evidence-based practice is expected and supported
    • Complex cases are encouraged, not avoided
    • Learning and mentorship are part of the weekly rhythm
    • You are trusted to think clinically, not just follow scripts
You will see a broad mix of patients including musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, nail pathologies, chronic foot pain, and preventative care.

    What Sets Foot Foundation Apart
    • Clinical Collaboration – Weekly team discussions and case reviews to sharpen decision-making.
    • Comprehensive Service Offering – Access to a wide range of treatment modalities and equipment.
    • Structured Treatment Planning – Methodical, goal-driven patient management rather than trial-and-error care.
    • Professional Development – Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear pathways into senior or leadership roles.
    • Supportive Admin Team – Clinicians are supported so they can focus on care, not paperwork.
    • Reputation & Referrals – Strong GP, PHO, and community referral networks.
    • Location Flexibility – Opportunities to work across multiple clinics as you grow.
    • Balanced Caseload – No rest home work and reduced routine nail care, with greater exposure to rehabilitation and complex cases.
    • Team Culture – Friendly, motivated clinicians who take pride in outcomes and enjoy collaboration.
    • Competitive Package – Salary, performance incentives, and growth opportunities aligned with experience.
    Who This Role Suits
    • New graduates wanting strong mentorship and structured development.
    • Experienced clinicians seeking clinical depth and autonomy.
    • Podiatrists who enjoy problem-solving and continuous learning.
    • Professionals who want to be part of a growing, well-respected brand rather than a static practice.
    How to Apply

If you’re looking for a clinic where you can build a meaningful career, contribute to a strong team culture, and deliver care you’re proud of, we’d love to hear from you.
