Hard dots on sole of foot and other issues

    This is probably a silly question but when you post these questions up from this site ...does anyone EVER reply to them??

    Clearly, this particular person has issues with her (?) feet and all aspects of the problem could be rectified easily .......assuming the patient overcomes their embarrassment and seeks help?
