Lump on top of left foot after injury

    just a few hours ago I dropped a spinal board onto of my foot like just straight on top mostly below my big toe joint. It hurt instantly but I could walk. Now I have little pain and a small/medium sized lump on my foot it's also a bit swollen. Around the lump area it kind of feels like a burning tingling sensation. I get hurt a lot and I almost never break anything so I kind of stopped going to the doctors for every little thing. However I have never had a lump like this show up directly...
