    My observation is that the arch adapts to try to relieve the stress on the knee arthrose coming from posture distortion causing a noxious angle through the knee. Therefore posture correction first leaving the arch if healthy free to do its job is the best approach.

    An arthrose is a joint an itis is an irritation. If the patient points to a joint and says it hurts the doctor translates joint hurts to arthritis and he or she has a diagnosis.
    Yes Paul exactly what part of the foot were thy supporting and for what purpose?
