Is anyone else having any issues with putting Medicare claims through their HICAPS machine this morning?
I have already had 3 claims rejected, 2 didnt have a reason and 1 had reason code 3004.
I have tried to call Medicare but have been on hold for too long. Many thanks.

3000_30009 from Medicare Easyclaim return codes (available online when you can locate it)

is system error. Please resubmit or call eBusiness Servcie centre and quote the error number displayed on the EFTPOS terminal.

Yes we have experienced problems - since terminal has been replaced. briefly ie shortly afterward staff were able to process ( one hour or so)

Secondly all the backlog of claims processed 13 days ago are listed as ok but only my claims have been paid so far - my staff pods have not!
