Mortons foot help please

    Hi any advice welcome . I have bi lateral mortons toe , weak ankles and this is playing havoc with my kinetic chains causing widespread pain. I have insoles and I see a kinetic chain therapist who is very good but is it possible to revitalise my feet and ankles to provide stability for everything on top ? I never had any problems with my feet until now . I also have Tmj but this has been resolved with correct height and jaw muscles in a physiolocal state of rest , but they do join in as a...
