My New Exercise Regieme for Pt's with PPV

    I thought with your cold climate , it might have been a bit too much for you in the warm up to the exercise !! or I would have included you in the group :D

    And I make it Hyperextention............... of everything !!!! :D:D:D

    If you watch from 3 mins 30 onwards, I can't work out whether I think it is amazing, or just plain wrong! It's like they are all being the back end of a pantomime horse!

    Thanks for the correction, I have just realised I put 30 seconds :eek:


    I still want to see Robert ,Simon and Ian demonstrate the Biomx of the movement especially the last bit :D:D

    Crikey - I just watched it. That's pretty amazing.

    I for one would struggle. Joint compliance and soft tissue flexibility has never been my forte. But I'll bring it up one evening at the Biomechanics Summer School when we are a few pints in... see what reaction it gets...
