NEW GRADUATE LOOKING FOR WORK

    Heya, I have just found out I have achieved at 2:1 in podiatry. I live in Bath and was wondering if anyone knows of work near here? I do drive so can travel.

    Working in shuropody will give you genral podiatry experience,you can build up speed and experience, can also learn how private business is run. For new graduates its hard, there is not much work. All these experienced podiatrist must lack confidence when they were graduated. so now employing new graduated they see themselves. dont giveup somebody will have confidence in you.

    Hi there, Why not think about a travel visa to Australia. I have a practice in regional NSW and I'm pretty sure that you can do 6 months regional work and travel around for up to 2 years. Just a thought...

    Staff Vacancy: Full time Podiatry Post to cover maternity leave commencing April 2015

    We are looking for a progressive enthusiastic podiatrist to join our team.

    Salary £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

    Your post will include provision of

    • Podiatric Foot Care and Nail Surgery
    • Gait analysis using a 3 – way slow motion filmed analysis and a Tekscan pressure plate.
    • The provision of foot orthoses.
    • Administration of local anesthetic.
    • The use of Class 4 Fotona medical laser to treat fungal nails and verrucae.
    • The use of class 3B therapeutic laser to treat MSK pathologies.
    • Developing digital x-rays.

    This post would suit a well qualified Podiatrist, however if you are recently qualified or about to graduate this year, with excellent communication skills Fitter Feet For Life will provide training and supervision in order to develop the clinical competencies for this post.

    Mrs. Diane Nicholl, Consultant Podiatric Surgeon, Guys & St Thomas NHS Trust, provides a private foot surgery service at ‘ Fitter Feet For Life.’ The successful applicant will gain valuable podiatric surgery experience.
