    Hi!

My name is Jamie and I am in my 1st year of residency is podiatric surgery. I am at a prestigious program in California which focuses a lot of reconstructive surgery and limb salvage. In fact, we actually scrub into most orthopedic surgeries as well (shoulders, hips, knees, ankles). I am interested in any opportunities there might be for me to do some mission work abroad or just volunteer abroad for the experience. I still have just over 2 years of residency to complete but I am also interested in what opportunities may exist abroad after completion of a podiatric surgical residency in the US.

Thanks I'm advance for all information and help!
