    confession: I have been reading this site intermittently since 2004 (broken by a year in South America, and an extended stay in Brazil in 2005, which I can highly recommend) - so I think I may challenge Matt01 for the record of longest reader without posting!!

    I practice in Adelaide in both community and private practice, and find this site very useful for the times when you feel "isolated".

    I look forward to being more involved in the future.
