    Hello -

My name is Dr Emily Splichal from New York City. I graduated from NYCPM in 2008 and have since completed a Master's in Human Movement. My interest in Podiatric Medicine is biomechanics, athletic performance and dance medicine.

In addition to my formal education, I've actively been involved in fitness where I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. In 2012 I am starting a Fellowship in Functional Medicine which focuses on exercise as medicine.

In 2010 I started a fitness education company that offers continuing education programs for fitness professionals and athletic coaches. All curriculum is about the foot & ankle and lower extremity mechanics as it relates to achieving fitness goals and optimal athlete performance.

I'm excited to be a part of Podiatry Arena and learning from some of the top Drs in the world.

    Dr Emily Splichal :D
