Foot Skin Condition Help

    Anyone help me with this skin condition. I have the name of it deep in the darkest of my pea brain at the moment

    Lady early 60s, overweight.
    Became apparent around menopause.
    H/O small cva
    Anxiety/antidepressent
    Achilles tendonopathy (Both) - Poor footwear choices due to this (friction from full shoe irritates) Pt unable to afford treatment.
    Carpel Tunnel bilateral
    Undiagnosed breathing difficulties currently being attributed to anxiety

    Hi, looks like keratodermas I also have a lady with this and affects her hands and runs in her family, father and her daugter have the same.

    Thanks so much it does look similar... it appeared not so long ago is there a late onset type?

    Pleasure. You say they "Became apparent around menopause". Could be a type of Keratoderma climactericum, manifest and triggered in menopause and often associated with hypertension.
