6 mo post op bunion surgery

Hey everyone. I originally had surgery for a bunion about 2 years ago. At that time all they did was shave off bone. About a year later the bunion came back full force and they finally put in 2 screws. I had that done about 6 months ago. I am having pain, tingling and burning not at the scar but where that bony thing is on the side of your foot? They shaved that down again but its back to being pretty prominent looking and I have swelling on the top of my foot.
