I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for about 9 months. Bottom of foot is 30% better but now the top of my foot hurts around the Cuboid Bone and the Navicular bone area. Sore under weight bearing and if you rub this region. Latest xrays did not see any fracture in the past 2 weeks. What do you think might be the problems??

Can you provide weight-bearing radiographic pics of the foot(feet)? A lateral and AP view would be helpful. Several possibilities, but I need more info.
