    Hi guys,

this is my first post here so please be kind!
i am doing a piece of work just now where i am looking at risk stratification tools/models used for all patients with the exception of diabetics.
to date the searches have come up blank with any literature to support them so thought i would put it out to you guys.
so, what i am asking is there any tools out there that you guys are using to risk assess your patients? in scotland we have the SCI-DC model for diabetic patients but nothing as robust for the general podiatry podulation which is what i am looking for, and is there any evidence base to support it?
    thanks in advance

    Andrew
