I had a 66 year old female present last week with significant digital adductus bilateral.
Her husband states she has a history of Rheumatoid arthritis but she has no pain in her feet. the digital deformity was easy to reduce. The 1-3 digits were slightly track bound. 1st mpj dorsiflexion was 50 degrees bilateral.
Does anyone know of any type of device, bracing or splints or sleeves that could provide temporary non surgical reduction ?????
