New Magazine: The Natural Born Runner

    A barefoot running magazine is now being published in the UK.

    Here is the first issue.

    What a joke.....same old culprits......just now in a different format........:craig::bash::butcher:

    Yes, I agree with you Kevin. I've only had a chance to skim through the mag & don't have the time to thoroughly read it - probably never will - just so many other higher priorities in my life of which I struggle to fit in a day. Then again, going by what I saw, I have pretty much read it all... as you say... "same old culprits......just now in a different format" & yes... some (if not most) of which is a... "joke" (I don't want to get started on nutrition, injuries & that 'e' word).

    [Disclosure: "minimalist" runner, who believes in the importance of variable degrees of cushioning... yet doesn't support traditional high heel to forefoot pitch heights]
